Please note: These live Zoom sessions with François will not include chats, sharing, or questions, and only the host will be visible on video. If you are unable to attend the live Zoom sessions, a recording will be available the following day for 72 hours.
All other videos, audios, and printable handouts will be available for viewing only during the 5 week course. At the conclusion of the course, you will be able to download and keep the following resources to continue your practice: the final meditation audio, the reset audio, and the handouts.
