François has been teaching and practicing yoga for 45 years. He has 9 different yoga teacher certifications. He is the author of the book "Working Plans of the Props Used for Iyengar Yoga".
Over the years, he has had the pleasure of teaching in Canada, the USA, Mexico, Europe, Africa, and Asia. His broad experience and passion for Yoga has made him a teacher that is unique, insightful and personal.
